Fish out of Water

To keep up with the news at home, I'm a regular reader of Madison.com, the Web site of the Wisconsin State Journal and The Capital Times and Jsonline.com, the online counterpart of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.

The other day while browsing Jsonline.com, I stumbled upon a new blog by journalist Erica Perez, who recently moved to Milwaukee from California. In the blog, appropriately titled "Fish out of Water," Erica discusses how she's adjusting to life in the Midwest.

The move I made nearly two years ago wasn't quite as dramatic, but I'm still adjusting to some degree. I'll be interested in reading more about Erica's experiences.
