Runaway Bride

I've been holding my tongue, but I have to throw in my 2 cents regarding the "runaway bride" from Georgia.

First, this is a 32-year-old woman who should be mature enough to have sat down with her fiance and told him how she was feeling and that perhaps the wedding should be postponed.

My personal situation is a bit different, but suffice it to say that someone could have been a lot kinder and decent to me by simply telling me he didn't want to be with anymore instead of imposing the silent treatment on me.

Secondly, if her fiance forgives her, he's a very good man. The police had zeroed in on him as a suspect and she could have prevented him from going through this and her family's anguish by simply calling them and telling them she was Ok.
